In 2022, at the age of 74, he decided that the time had come to enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
The Belgian-based Water Is Life Group acquired Orlando, creating an excellent opportunity to redesign the company logo, incorporating the colours of the Belgian flag.

Water Is Life Group (WILG) takes its name from the willow tree, which is closely associated with water and symbolises growth, strength and ambition — values that reflect the group’s vision.
Born as a specialised partner in the distribution of pumps and accessories, WILG has grown rapidly through the acquisition of leading companies in the industry across Europe, with Orlando Srl taking on the role of a distribution hub for Southern Europe.

Orlando is the world’s leading distributor of Télémécanique pressure switches and offers a complete range of solutions and components for the pumping industry, including pump bodies and submersible motors from 3” to 12”, surface and submersible pumps, as well as a wide selection of hydraulic accessories such as pressure gauges, flexible hoses, valves, fittings, filters, float switches, pressure switches, pressure tanks and control systems.
The range is complemented by a wide selection of electrical components, including control panels, contactors, circuit breakers, relays, starters, capacitors, inverters and many other accessories dedicated to the management and control of systems.
Thanks to its collaboration with numerous manufacturers and leading players in the Italian manufacturing sector, Orlando offers a broad portfolio of products and brands, providing customers with flexibility, expertise and a single point of reference for all their needs
Joining the Water Is Life Group has further expanded our product offering, integrating expertise and solutions in the fields of pumping stations, rainwater harvesting, geothermal systems and sewage applications.
